Last Wednesday, we held another "Coffee with the PPA", which proved to be both engaging and thought-provoking. We brought together a number of parents keen not only to socialise, but above all to share their perspectives on topics that have recently been discussed within various parent groups. It was a lively and positive round-table conversation, exploring how different viewpoints and sensitivities can be embraced within a richly diverse, multicultural environment such as ours—through continuous learning both at school and at home.

We also discussed ideas for celebrating the dedication of teachers and support staff, those who leave a lasting impression on our children. So we are setting a challenge for these holidays: each pupil show their appreciation to a teacher or member of staff who has made a meaningful and positive impact on them. Let's make it happen?

🇵🇹  Mais um belo Café com a PPA!

Na passada 4ª feira tivemos mais um belo Café com a PPA! Juntámos vários pais interessados em conviver e, sobretudo, em partilhar as suas visões sobre os temas abordados recentemente em alguns grupos de pais. Foi uma conversa à volta da mesa, muito participada e positiva, sobre como diferentes perspectivas e diferentes sensibilidades podem ser acolhidas num ambiente multicultural tão diverso como o nosso, através da aprendizagem contínua na escola e em casa.

Também surgiram ideias de como celebrar o empenho dos professores e demais staff, aqueles que deixam saudades nos nossos filhos. Por isso deixamos um desafio para estas férias: cada aluno mostrar o seu reconhecimento a um professor ou staff que o tenha marcado de forma positiva. Vamos a isso?
