Our first uniform sale was a great success!

The new school year has begun and, with it, we have also resumed our second-hand uniform sales, both through the online shop and at the PPA warehouse!

On 11 September, we opened the doors of our warehouse once again, while also launching a new charitable initiative. This term, we will be supporting the Associação Hípica Terapêutica (AHT), which does wonderful work with people with disabilities.

It was a busy morning at the warehouse, with many parents taking the opportunity to exchange and purchase uniforms that were needed at the start of the new school year. The atmosphere was one of joy and community spirit, making this first initiative of the year a real success.

We would also like to take this opportunity to make a small request for our next sales. This time, some parents arrived without having registered, while others arrived at a different time from the one they had booked. We understand that the available time slots may not always be the ones you would prefer, but arriving without a booking or outside your allocated time makes it more difficult to keep things running smoothly for everyone and puts additional pressure on the small number of mothers who voluntarily organise and run the sale.

As we want to ensure that everything runs smoothly, at our next sales we will be paying closer attention to registrations and allocated time slots. We kindly ask for everyone's cooperation and understanding in respecting both the registration and the time slot booked. This is the only way we can ensure an organised and fair service for everyone and, above all, make the work of our small team more enjoyable and rewarding.

A huge thank you to all the parents who took part and helped support this initiative. Thanks to your involvement we can give uniforms a new lease of life while, at the same time, helping to make a difference in people's lives.

🇵🇹  1ª venda de fardas foi um grande sucesso!

O novo ano letivo começou e, com ele, retomámos também as nossas vendas de fardas em segunda mão na loja on-line e no armazém da PPA!

No passado dia 11 de setembro voltámos a abrir as portas do nosso armazém, dando também início a um novo projeto solidário - este período estaremos a apoiar a Associação Hípica Terapêutica (AHT) que faz um belíssimo trabalho com pessoas com deficiência.

No armazém foi uma manhã atarefada, com muitos pais a aproveitarem esta oportunidade para trocar e adquirir fardas que faziam falta neste arranque de ano letivo. O ambiente foi de alegria e espírito de comunidade, tornando esta primeira iniciativa do ano um verdadeiro sucesso.

Gostaríamos de aproveitar para deixar um pedido para as próximas vendas: desta vez, tivemos pais a comparecer sem inscrição e outros que chegaram num horário diferente daquele que tinham reservado. Compreendemos que nem sempre as vagas existentes sejam as pretendidas, mas aparecer sem marcação ou fora do horário reservado atrasa o atendimento para todos e acaba por pressionar as poucas mães que, voluntariamente, asseguram a organização e o atendimento da loja.

Porque fazemos questão de garantir um bom funcionamento, nas próximas vendas estaremos mais atentas ao cumprimento dos horários e das inscrições. Contamos com a colaboração e compreensão de todos os pais para que as inscrições e respetivos horários sejam respeitados. Só dessa forma, conseguiremos garantir um atendimento organizado e justo para todos e, acima de tudo, tornar o trabalho da nossa pequena equipa mais gratificante.

Um enorme obrigada a todos os pais que participaram e contribuíram para apoiar esta iniciativa. É graças ao vosso envolvimento que conseguimos dar uma nova vida às fardas e, ao mesmo tempo, ajudar a transformar vidas.
